For example, if you’re running an A/B test on your checkout page, you can filter Glassbox recordings to see only sessions where users encountered Variation B, helping you understand why conversion rates differed between variations.
2. Create a segment using Wingify campaign as an attribute
For example, if you’re running a personalization campaign targeting returning visitors through Wingify, you can create a segment in Glassbox consisting of users exposed to the campaign. This allows you to analyze their behavior, such as browsing patterns and actions, and compare it against users who were not part of the campaign, enabling you to effectively measure its impact.
3. Filter Journey Maps by Wingify campaign or variation
