Wingify Braze Integration

Braze is a customer engagement platform that enables brands to create personalized, data-driven, cross-channel marketing campaigns. It helps communicate with users via email, mobile, and web to enhance customer relationships.

Integrating Wingify with Braze allows you to push Wingify campaign data i.e. campaign and variation ids, into Braze where you can utilize it to create targeted segments. You can also combine Wingify campaign attributes with other data points already stored within Braze to create your desired segment and utilize it to send personalized messages across email, SMS or any Braze-supported engagement channel. 

1. Align your engagement campaign based on the variation that user was part of

If you are running an A/B test and the user interacts with a certain variation, Braze can send follow-up messages relevant to that variation. For instance, suppose as an ecommerce business you are testing between tiered vs threshold shipping cost options. Based on the shipping option that the user interacted with during the test, you can initiate the rest of the communication flow in Braze.

2. Combine Wingify campaign data with other data points to run deeper analysis into use journey

For instance, you’d want to check the purchase journey of users based on the A/B test variation they became part of.

So suppose you run an A/B test via Wingify where variation B emerged as the winner. By combining Wingify campaign data with other metrics in Braze you can compare how A/B test impact the user’s overall buying journey.
