During the initial days of Wingify, Sparsh Gupta (our CEO) and Paras Chopra (our Founder & Chairman) took care of support queries from our customers. As our customer base expanded, we set up the support function by hiring like-minded team players. From providing support over email then to now using advanced systems and processes to provide top-notch support to VWO users, we have come a long way.
With time, we expanded the scope of our services by setting up functions like Pre Sales/Product Consultation & Implementation, and Product Training with the ultimate goal of enabling our customers to be successful with VWO.
Ultimately, we brought all customer-facing teams under the umbrella of Product Success where all these functions work together to enable our prospects/customers to use our product effectively with a focus on customer satisfaction and enablement.
Meet Venus Kaur Duggal - Associate Vice President of Product Success
Venus is a proud and self-proclaimed brand ambassador of Wingify. A Delhiite with a history of academic excellence, people always expected Venus to pursue a developer role. But her heart was elsewhere. She was the only student who got selected during the campus recruitment. She was also the first female support engineer in the team. She has been with Wingify for more than 8 years now and heads the Product Success team.

VWO’s product consultants work largely in a presales capacity but are also expected to help existing customers learn about the products through regular consultation around their use cases.
Sonil Luthra, Manager IIAs Product Consultants, we act as a catalyst for the sales team, help explain the technical implementation and handle various tech queries during the sales process. We gather first-hand requirements from prospects and customers and share them with a wider team to help in product building and growth.

A Technical Support Engineer serves as an expert for our product, VWO, and associated web technologies. This is a high-profile customer-facing technical role to find solutions to issues faced by customers with our products and help them work through technical difficulties. The Support Engineer is the technical interface between our customers and VWO’s Development/QA and Product Management teams.

The product documentation team is responsible for VWO’s Knowledge Base and works closely with the engineering and product team to document new product features.
This team designs and develops learning and practicing experiences with the intent of facilitating learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
