We\u2019re pleased to announce the next generation of Wingify, and we\u2019re calling it the Wingify Experience Optimization Platform<\/a>. With this, we\u2019re laying the foundation for brands to deliver great digital experiences at every touchpoint across their entire customer journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We expect that this will enable brands all over the world to significantly improve their existing optimization practice and achieve faster growth. In the new platform, we\u2019re repackaging existing Wingify capabilities into standalone products Wingify Testing<\/a>, Wingify Insights<\/a> & Wingify Plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along with that, we\u2019re bringing our web and mobile notification product PushCrew into the platform as Wingify Engage<\/a>. That\u2019s not all. We\u2019re also launching our server-side testing product, Wingify FullStack<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, with the launch of Wingify Experience Optimization Platform<\/a>, Wingify now offers the following six products which are available standalone or can be bundled together to fit any brand\u2019s optimization needs:<\/p>\n\n\n

VWO Insights<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n

We\u2019ve expanded an existing Wingify capability (Wingify Analyze) and launched it as a separate product called Wingify Insights. It can be used to generate actionable insights by observing visitor behavior<\/a> through various capabilities such as Session Recordings<\/a>, Heatmaps<\/a>, On-page Surveys<\/a>, Form Analytics<\/a>, Usability Reviews<\/a>, and Funnel Tracking<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

VWO Testing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n

Our award-winning A\/B, Split, and Multivariate Testing solution. Use Wingify Testing to experiment and optimize your web experiences, without involving your development team. When combined with Wingify Insights, it enables brands to create a pipeline of data-driven hypotheses for continuous experimentation and optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n

[New Launch] Wingify FullStack<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n

We\u2019re excited to launch a server-side and mobile app A\/B testing tool<\/a> that we\u2019re calling Wingify FullStack. With Wingify FullStack, brands can test and optimize their entire stack – from website to mobile app and now, even their server-side backend. We expect that Wingify FullStack will allow various teams within an organization  (including marketing, product management, conversion optimization<\/a>, growth, and development teams) to conduct even the most complex tests as Wingify FullStack gives them the ability to directly test code on the server-side.<\/p>\n\n\n

[Rebrand] Wingify Engage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n

Three years ago, with PushCrew (our other product), we paved the way for brands to communicate with their customers via upcoming channels of browser notifications and Facebook Messenger (deprecated) to bring back abandoning visitors and customers at 4X the CTRs of email. Today, we\u2019re rebranding PushCrew as Wingify Engage. This integration means that as an existing Wingify customer, your current login and website code will now also work for Wingify Engage. If you are an existing PushCrew customer, rest assured that beyond rebranding, nothing else changes for you.<\/p>\n\n\n

VWO Plan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n

We have also unbundled our CRO project planning and management capability, Wingify Plan. We believe that more than tools, it\u2019s how the tools are used that determines success or failure. We want teams to collaborate cross-functionally and execute an integrated growth roadmap. With that vision, we\u2019ve now enabled and integrated Wingify Plan into all our offerings along with making it available as a separate product. This means no matter which Wingify product you buy, you get Wingify Plan for free along with it.<\/p>\n\n\n

VWO Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n

We have been working with our customers and agency partners to co-develop optimization roadmaps, propose winning hypotheses, develop and QA their test implementations and also, manage their end-to-end optimization program. Today, we are delighted to announce that we have expanded our in-house team of experts and are ready to make Wingify Services available to a larger audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
