Listening to our clients&#8217; needs and helping them achieve their goals is a top priority for us. We just don\u2019t say it, we do it:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#x1f381; 55 new features brought to users in 2022<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#x1f4e3; 10 market releases per year<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#x1f91d; 1545 feedback requests processed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To go one step further, we have decided to launch our User Club! &#x1f389;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><b>Wingify User Club<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is a new opportunity for you to share your feedback, experiences, and needs with us. Being part of the Club means you\u2019ll have exclusive access to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our new features<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A way to interact directly with our Product Managers and Designers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our product related events\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A real community where you can share your usage and hear best practices from other users<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>A successful launchpad for our User Club<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As a first step, we organized our first <\/span><b>User Games<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of the year in January 2023 in Paris, France on the theme of <\/span><b>data<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>monitoring<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><b>performance<\/b> <b>analysis<\/b> <b>in CRO activities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This event was a great success for our Product teams and for the 5 customers who attended to discuss their data understanding and analysis needs. We welcomed participants from different industries, all interested in data analysis techniques and how to use them to improve products and services. We also invited experts in the field of data analysis to share their experience and knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-111189\" src=\"https:\/\/static.wingify.com\/gcp\/uploads\/abtasty\/AB-Tasty-User-Club-360x188.png\" alt=\"Wingify User Club\" width=\"360\" height=\"188\" \/>\u00a0 \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-111190\" src=\"https:\/\/static.wingify.com\/gcp\/uploads\/abtasty\/AB-Tasty-User-Club-2-268x360.png\" alt=\"User Club\" width=\"268\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Baptiste Deroche, Product Designer @Wingify:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThis event was the perfect opportunity to validate and challenge assumptions we have about the product. We learned a lot from our customers that day, and it&#8217;s a really good start to getting closer and closer to our end users.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><i>St\u00e9phanie Duchemin, Product Design Team Leader @Wingify:<\/i><\/b><b><i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/b><b><i>\u201c<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It was a pleasure to meet our users again in a real session and not remotely, and I think that the pleasure was shared. This reinforces my conviction that feedback is not the same in a face-to-face session as in a remote one. Through our discussions we learned and discovered some pain points that were not necessarily related to the initial topic and that will feed our roadmap for at least 6 months!\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.linkedin.com\/in\/mariza-baxevani\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><i>Mariza Baxevani<\/i><\/b><\/a><b><i>, Web Conversion Specialist @Prestashop:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cIt was a collaborative and enriching moment where each participant presented their feedback, their experimentation process and their vision of the tool. It&#8217;s really reassuring to know that Wingify values its users&#8217; feedback. I will gladly participate in this type of event again!\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Wingify User Club was created to offer our customers <\/span><b>a space to discuss and share their opinions and suggestions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. We have received a lot of positive feedback from participants and this gives us even more motivation to create other similar projects and events where you will be at the forefront.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Stay tuned for the upcoming events or announcements!
